Anyone can say they called it. Here you say it in advance, in public. A call is sealed at the market cap we read at that moment, timestamped, and written to an append-only log. Outcomes settle themselves — the wins and the misses both. Nothing can be edited or quietly deleted later, and you do not have to take our word for that: download the log and check it yourself.
